  • The project manager communicates one-on-one with the client to confirm the client’s translation needs and manuscripts;
  • According to the customer’s requirements, we will prepare a quotation and translation plan and send it to the customer on the same day to confirm the translation plan;
  • According to the translation plan, we will sign a service agreementand immediately form a translation team. Subsequently we will select a translation team leader, translators, proofreaders, and typesetting personnel to start the translation project;
  • The project manager will submit translation manuscripts on time and in quantity according to customer requirements;
  • We will confirm with the client the follow-up of the manuscriptand whether there are any modifications within 5 working days. After that, we will confirm delivery date and finalize the manuscript.
